"I cannot recommend Bauska & Son’s enough. Will is a hard working professional, with so much passion and vision that he turns an overwhelming project into an affordable, naturally organic art installation that will last generations. When I first met him, I double booked and had PUD at the property. Instead of waiting in his truck or scrolling on his phone, Will was patiently walking my property making use of every spare second. When I completed my meeting and began talking with Will he already had suggestions and together our vision came to mind, he just makes work so much fun. Among a PUD electrical trench, and a boulder retaining wall, one of the projects Will is working on is a gravel road. In fact, on the first day we met, I got stuck in the mud on our property and without any tow equipment (it was missing from my trunk, my bad) he pulled me out of the mud and saved me money and hours of waiting for a tow. And this was before he even began working for me! We had a few interactions with neighbors that could’ve been extremely awkward, but Will was so professional and treated everyone so kindly, which just reinforced what a good person he is. And it’s a good reminder, that the way you treat other people says more about you than it does about them. I live an hour away from the property I’m developing but because Will communicates so well and is where he says he’s going to be and on time, he was able to work every single day regardless of how frequently I was on site. He communicated directly with PUD and arranged for all the supplies to be delivered over a very narrow, old Bridge. I could go on and on, but to top it off Will sent me my final invoice with a significantly lower bill. And said he ended up working less hours than anticipated on my estimate. Come on, who does that? Also how would I have known, he was up there alone most of the time and easily could have told me he worked way more hours than expected, ya know? Also, he could totally stick with the original estimate regardless of hours worked, I know a lot of contractors who do that. It’s just a cool thing to see someone with such integrity and also very skilled at what he does. I also love supporting the next generation of entrepreneurs and he’s local Castle Rock, which I love! Needless to say he’s already booked out all summer so I had him put me on the calendar for his next opening! I’ll update when I have better pics! Just book him, thank me later, actually thank him later, he’s a hard ass worker!!"
